MEET CHOCOLATE TASTER ANDY
Andy has been a chocolate fan for over 8 years. Every night has always been a tasting adventure exploring all the flavours and history of chocolate.
I have grown to appreciate local farmers trying to bring us organic and fresh chocolate to consumers. Increasingly Supermarkets around the world are starting to support fair trade.
I am here to review and shine some light on the amazing chocolates coming straight from the cocoa farms.

We believe the best chocolates are the least know. Chocolate has over 400 unique flavours that take you on a world tour of culture. We will bring to you reviews of chocolates found in your local stores yet have a superior quality and flavour.
We plan to highlight direct trade and organic chocolates to support the local farmers that work hard to bring us these amazng flavours.

The Shine, The Snap, Percentage of Cocoa, The Taste, How it Melts, Where its Made, Sugar to Cocoa balance.
